"I've just come back and I had a whale of a time. Island Village is great, and I was pleased to be one of the first to try out their new Full-Board package. The food was great, and, even though I was quite prepared to do self-catering, it was lovely to not have to bother with shopping and cooking. Their cooking is 10 times better than mine anyway, and the restaurant food was really tasty!!! Very good value too. Thanks very much, Lorna."

"I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for everything you have done to organise our stay in Tenerife at Flamingo Suites.

Flamingo Suites was the best place that we have ever stayed and the staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful.  We were greeted with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine upon entering our apartment, which we thought was a nice touch.  The apartment itself was better than the pictures showed and we loved staying there.  We thoroughly enjoyed just lazing around the pool in the day (which we almost had to ourselves!!) then dipping in to the Plunge Pool in the early evening..... what more can you want!!

Beware - you will now be getting more bookings in the future from our friends (as well as us) who were staying down the road.

For us the location is ideally situated just above Port Colon and the beach with a wide selection of bars and restaurants all within easy reach. Just as important is the highly efficient service provided by Lorna Ketley from her offices in the UK. For us Loma has gone that ‘extra mile’ to ensure that our holiday requirements and expectations have always been met. We have always enjoyed our holidays with Lorna and would have no hesitation in recommending any couple or family or group to try them. I am sure you will have a great time- we always have. “When we arrived, we couldn’t believe how lovely the accomodation was, beautifully decorated and the furniture was good quality stuff, the kitchen was well equipped with a fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle etc. and spotless. The patio we had was huge with a wooden table and chairs, sun loungers and a parasol and a lovely view of the sea. The swimming pool had a children’s section, we found it nice and peaceful. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, you could even get coffee, hot chocolate etc. The maid is also very nice, she didn’t speak much English but she was so friendly and very thorough.

The apartments were close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach, in fact it’s a place I could live in quite happily and hope to go back soon as its easily the best we’ve ever been to and I’m so glad we found it and our Lorna and intend to visit Yucca Park.”

"I am writing to thank you for all your help in getting us accommodation in Tenerife in such an emergency!!! As you know I arrived in Tenerife with the wife and three children to find our hotel double booked due to an incompetent English company. I went into an Internet café in Tenerife and found your website!! Thank God I did, you were so helpful it was a relief and a weight off my shoulders but that was not the best of it.

On arriving at the apartments I was left open mouthed with what I found, a small but comfy apartment complex that has to be the best kept complex in Tenerife. The apartments themselves were nothing short of five star luxury, I have never stayed in any apartments of such a high quality and cleanliness and I travel the world on business regularly. The home from home welcome by the staff and the lovely pool were the icing on the cake!!! I am so grateful I did find you!!!! Thanks again.

I was so impressed with yourself and the complex I have booked two apartments for my next New Years trip to Tenerife, I would highly recommend Lorna to anyone who is thinking of going to Tenerife, as everything about her service is superb and I mean everything from location to everything else I mentioned previously. "My wife and I have been using Lorna for holidays in Tenerife for over ten years now and have always found her service to be excellent and easy to use.
